  • Sand filtration is the natural way to remove suspended particles, improve water clarity and enhance water quality. Water is pumped from the pool through special silica sand in the filter. The sand traps the particles and other debris.  Clean water is then returned to the pool.  Sand filters can remove particles as small as 20–40 micron.  Maintenance and cleaning are easy.  The sand inside will last 5 years or more.
